Terms of Service — CursorShorts

By using CursorShorts ("Service" or "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). CursorShorts is built and operated by Mohammed Thoufic ("we", "us").

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account, even if posted by others using your account.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).
• You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.

Subscriptions & Credits

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan and can also be purchased separately.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased or allocated.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time or credits.
• Credits do not roll over between billing periods. When your subscription renews, your credits will reset to the amount allocated per your plan.
• For yearly plans, credits are added monthly to your account.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all videos, scripts, and other content you create using the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your creations. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to operate the Service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for activities that are harmful, unlawful, or malicious. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• NSFW (sexually explicit, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate) content.
• Scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the Service.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Any malicious activity that interferes with or harms the Service or other users.

Violations of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your account.

General Conditions

• Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We use third-party vendors, hosting providers, and AI services to run the Service.
• You must not hack, modify, or interfere with the Service, or falsely imply association with us.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are abusive to our team or other users.
• We may limit or disable accounts that consume significantly more resources than average in order to protect Service performance.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. You understand and agree that we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
